At Vision, I help companies to increase their revenue through bespoke sales and go to market consultancy and training services.
With over 35 years of “”Hands On”” experience selling to businesses and consumers, you could say I have walked the walk in sales and sales leadership – most recently I was the European Salesperson of the year when working for a $2bn software company.
I have sat on the boards of companies as a Sales Director, as well as leading field and office based sales teams of various sizes so I understand how to lead teams and drive a wining culture.
Importantly though, I’ve also been a quota carrying sales professional so can communicate real life sales experience to my customers, rather than just explaining a theory I read in a book or online (I’ve read a few!)
Working with me, clients typically see between 6 – 17% increased revenue within 20 months with a focused sales process and team. Sales staff will be 20 – 25% more efficient by following an agreed & bespoke go to market strategy rather than an ad – hoc approach to the sales process.
